The following procedure describes at a high level within the first 24 hours of emergency calls. This procedure is based on a “warm” recovery service.

After a disaster, steps / measures should be clearly defined to ensure that business continuity. The first 24 hours of the next steps will fall into the following categories.

Initial Assessment

After the disaster, the first step that needs to be done to assess the current situation. This is done by the emergency coordinator, who will decide whether the Disaster Management team must be assembled.
